When the chakras are not in balance, various physical, mentally, emotionally health issues can arise, such as: eating disorders, chronic pain, digestive issues, fatigue, irritability, concentration problems, anxiety, sciatica pain, depression and so on.
We can actually sense which chakras are unbalanced for example we may feel pain or physical tension in the area of the body where the chakra is located or we feel overwhelmed by negative emotion. When the chakras are unbalanced we are unable to connect our mind-body-soul because the blocked energies in our body.
From this it is now clear how important it is to bring our chakras into balance.
How to do that ?
Chakra meditation, walk in nature, yoga, listen to calming music, sport, art ….important here also that we do things which we love.
